SHIPPING

Shipping and Handling cost of Orders less than $100 USD is $9.95 USD per item. While purchase orders over $100 USD qualifies to our FREE Shipping Promo. Please note that our shipping fee is non-refundable. International customers are responsible for any additional customs fees that incur with your country's policies.

USA Orders: We'll receive your order and process it within 1-4 days after purchase.  As soon as we ship your item(s), you'll receive an email from us with tracking info. Estimated within 15 – 30 business days after item ships.

International orders:  Items will be processed and shipped within 4 days of purchase.  Items will be deliver within 15 – 30 business days.  You'll receive an email from us as soon as it ships with tracking info.  International customers are responsible for any customs fees that may incur.

We  DO NOT OFFER refunds while a product is in transit as it is already on the way to you. We understand this can be a long time, but it is worth the wait at the competitive prices we offer.

We ship worldwide! International shipping to anywhere outside of the United States is $9.95 USD per item. All orders above $100 USD  qualifies to our FREE Shipping Promo worldwide.

One Fitness App ships directly from our International Warehouses across the globe. When you click on "Shipping Methods" in the checkout process, you'll get real-time shipping quotes for Standard and Express.

We currently do not offer expedited shipping.

PRODUCTS AND ORDER FULFILLMENT

We are based in Suite SG-2386-4928 14601 North Bybee Lake Court Portland AL 97203 United States. Our OneFitnessApp.com Online Store is live on the web. Therefore, it has presence worldwide where there is internet connection.

Our products are carefully out-sourced directly from different parts of the world. We order and ship directly from our manufacturers to save our customers from incurring additional shipping + packaging cost, while cutting-off the retailers' product pricing margin.

Sometimes mistakes happen, we will do our best to correct it. If you receive an item in the wrong color or size please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package and we will fix it for you as long as the item is unaltered.

Sometimes orders are shipped separately. E-mail us to double check if you still have not received the remaining items.

Please send us clear photos of the damage to your item, and a detailed description, within 24 hours of delivery to contact@onefitnessapp.com and we will replace or repair your piece once it is received and the damage can be assessed.

Many of the product photos on items are computer renderings. Please keep in mind that there might be a slight different in colors due to different computer monitor settings 🙂 The actual product may look slightly different due to the normal casting and factory processes of creating the product

You will receive an email that contains tracking information once your item(s) have been shipped – please allow a couple days for processing. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 15 to 30 days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. However, sometimes backorders do occur which can delay the process. Our goal is always to ship it out to you as soon as possible. Pre-orders take longer to ship as these have to be shipped from our offshore factory to our distribution center first.

If your order has been deemed undeliverable by the post it will be returned back to us within 7 - 10 business days. If we can solve the problem, we will ship it back to you at no additional cost and you will receive another shipping email notification with tracking info. If we can’t figure out why it was returned to us, we may reach out to you for address confirmation or a new address before we ship it again.

Yes, you will automatically receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped! If not, please email us at contact@onefitnessapp.com

In some cases, Tracking Numbers could take 3-7 days to have an updated status.

Tracking Numbers without updated information is not an indication of idle parcel or inactivity. Most of the time it merely means that the shipping company did not update their system on time, even when packages are shipped within the usual time frame.

Our team will send you an email notification as soon as your item ships + with a tracking number when it becomes available from our manufacturers.

 

POLICIES

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange/replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items are Gift cards, Downloadable Software Products, and Some Health and Personal Care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

And, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) such as Book with obvious signs of use, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed thru PayPal, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card thru PayPal Account or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
